Over the course of his career, he has led complex Brands and organizations through phases of growth, repositioning, and governance transition, operating at the intersection of creativity, operational discipline, and shareholder value creation.
He managed international markets, strengthened brand positioning, and guided the companies through a significant change in governance.
Leone brings a global perspective combined with a pragmatic, execution-driven mindset. His experience spans strategic planning, organizational transformation, international expansion, and investor dialogue — making him a trusted advisor to founders, family-owned businesses, and private equity funds operating in the fashion and luxury industry.
